Hannah Taylor

Hannah Taylor is a Family Law Attorney at Cooper & Cooper, P.A., where she represents individuals and families throughout Northeast Florida in divorce, paternity, timesharing, child support, modifications, domestic violence matters, and other contested family law disputes.

Hannah brings a strong litigation-focused approach to her practice. She is known for her preparation, persistence, and willingness to advocate aggressively when a case requires it, while still helping clients understand the broader strategy behind each decision.
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Catherine in Minnesota before earning her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Her background in psychology gives her valuable insight into human behavior, conflict, and family dynamics, all of which play an important role in contested family law matters.

Her commitment to advocacy began during her undergraduate years, when she volunteered with shelters serving victims of domestic violence. Hannah later began her legal career at the State Attorney’s Office, where she worked closely with victims of domestic violence and gained experience handling sensitive, high-stakes matters within the courtroom environment.

That experience helped shape Hannah into a confident and determined advocate. She learned the importance of thorough preparation, careful case evaluation, effective communication, and remaining composed when the stakes are high.

At Cooper & Cooper, P.A., Hannah applies that litigation mindset to every case she handles. She understands that while many family law matters can and should be resolved through negotiation or mediation, some cases require decisive courtroom advocacy. When litigation becomes necessary, Hannah is prepared to develop the case, challenge opposing positions, and advocate strongly for her client’s interests.

Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys traveling, watching football, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Family remains an important part of her life and gives her a personal appreciation for the significance of the issues her clients face.
