Probate & Estate Planning Attorney

Help Families Protect What Matters Most While Building One of Florida’s Premier Law Firms

Location: Fleming Island, Florida  |  Position Type: Full Time  |  Practice Areas: Probate, Estate Planning & Guardianship

The Opportunity

This Isn’t Just Another Estate Planning Position.

If you’re looking for a firm where estate planning is treated as an afterthought or probate files are simply passed around to whoever has time, Cooper & Cooper probably isn’t the right fit.

We’re building something different.

At Cooper & Cooper, we believe planning for the future and guiding families after the loss of a loved one deserves the same level of excellence, compassion, and professionalism as any other area of law.

Our vision is to build one of Florida’s premier probate, guardianship, and estate planning practices while creating a workplace where exceptional attorneys can build exceptional careers.

We’re looking for an attorney who wants to help make that vision a reality.

Growth & Career Path

Where Could This Opportunity Take You?

This is more than an opportunity to manage a caseload.

It’s an opportunity to help build and shape one of the fastest-growing practice areas within our firm.

In a remarkably short period of time, Cooper & Cooper has grown into a seven-figure law firm through intentional leadership, exceptional client service, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

As we continue expanding, our Legacy Division will play an increasingly important role in serving families throughout Florida.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build that future.

If you’re excited about growing a practice, creating outstanding client experiences, and becoming a leader within a rapidly expanding firm, we’d love to meet you.

Why Cooper & Cooper

What Makes Cooper & Cooper Different?

Every guardianship protects someone who needs an advocate.

The work you do here creates a lasting impact for generations.

Dedicated Support

Every attorney works alongside a dedicated paralegal and legal assistant because we believe attorneys should spend their time counseling clients, developing legal strategy, and practicing law, not carrying the administrative burden alone.

Modern Systems

We’re continually investing in technology, automation, artificial intelligence, and streamlined workflows that allow our attorneys to spend more time serving clients and less time navigating inefficient processes.

Leadership That Invests in People

We’re committed to helping our attorneys grow professionally through mentorship, collaboration, continuing education, and opportunities for advancement as our firm continues to expand.

A Personal Note

A Personal Note from Anthony Cooper

When Charlean and I founded Cooper & Cooper, we knew we wanted to do more than help clients solve today’s legal problems.

We wanted to help families protect tomorrow.

Estate planning, probate, and guardianship work require more than technical legal knowledge. They require compassion, patience, and the ability to guide people through some of life’s most emotional and important decisions.

That’s the kind of practice we’re building.

As our Legacy Division continues to grow, we’re looking for attorneys who want to help shape its future while building a meaningful career of their own.

If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering exceptional work, and wants to be part of building something truly special, I hope you’ll apply.

I’d be honored to meet you and learn more about your story.
